It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for – sadly no, it’s not the end of lock down – it’s Bachelor in Paradise Australia Season 3!
This season, 14 contestants were flown off to an oasis to ride out the pandemic in the sunshine and they’re bringing back some ripper alumni.
They’re featuring Abbie from Matt’s Bachelor season, you may not recall (or care), but Abbie made it into the final two and flew to South Africa, only to be runners up to Chelsea, the cute scientist. Sadly, she’s copped a lot of social media hate following the season, so let’s give Abbie a lot of love this time round, hey?
We’ve also got Timm. And before you ask, reader, that’s not a spelling mistake – his name is spelt with two ‘m’s' and that’s a choice. Anyhow, now that we’ve recovered from that birth certificate nightmare, Timm’s a bit of a surfer dude, seems pretty chill. I think he’ll get friend zoned in the first week, but let’s see what happens.
More interesting names to come with Ciarran, who you’ll be hard-pressed to find an area of his body not covered in tattoos. With peroxide-blonde hair and animal print speedos, he’s intriguing to say the least.
Up next is Brittany from the Honey Badger’s season of The Bachelor. She’s also a runner-up. Or, as my husband calls it: the first loser. (Jks he’s so supportive). Her biggest competition is probably 'The Other Brittney', who’s known for being uber bubbly - and kissing Ivan once.
Speaking of Ivan. Does anyone remember when he made avocado mousse and put two whole avocados in a blender? Best piece of Australian television you’ll ever see.
